We respect your trust. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe.

1. Information we collect

Account & profile

  • Contact details (name, email, company)
  • Authentication and security metadata
  • User preferences and onboarding choices

Product usage

  • Prompt optimization inputs and outputs (stored securely)
  • Feature activity for quality, safety, and analytics
  • Device, browser, and log data for diagnostics

We only collect the data necessary to operate, secure, and improve MowPrompt. Sensitive fields can be redacted via workspace settings.

2. How we use data

  • Delivering and supporting the product features you request.
  • Monitoring reliability, detecting abuse, and enforcing acceptable use.
  • Improving performance through anonymized analytics and aggregated reporting.
  • Communicating updates, security notices, and onboarding guidance (with opt-out controls).

3. Sharing and third parties

We do not sell your data. We share information only with vetted subprocessors who power infrastructure or support (e.g., hosting, analytics, email). Each provider signs a data processing agreement and meets industry security certifications.

4. Data retention & control

  • Retention: Workspace data is retained while your subscription is active. Deleted prompts and projects are purged after a 30-day grace period.
  • Access & export: Admins can export organization data at any time from dashboard settings or via support.
  • Deletion: You may request full account deletion at hello@mowprompt.com. We remove backups within 30 days unless law requires otherwise.

5. Security

Security is baked into our roadmap. We employ encryption, least-privilege access, automated backups, and continuous monitoring. We also support role-based access control, audit logs, and single sign-on for eligible plans.
